Welcome to my website! Here at Cooking Veggie, we’re all about gluten-free, vegetarian and wholesome food that still tastes amazing.
I’ve been a vegetarian for 15 years and making vegetarian food that is both nutritious and delicious is my favourite thing to do, so I am so excited to share what I have learned with the world!
I was diagnosed with gluten and lactose intolerance in 2016, and I am sure every vegetarian can imagine how heart breaking that can be… Cheese and Pasta!!! Gone!!! Once I got over the initial shock of how much my day to day eating was going to change I was eager to explore the new culinary options that awaited me, from milling my own flour to turning cashews into sour cream.
